Made from a 55 gallon drum this grill can hold quite a bit of meat that you can smoke till it falls off the bones. I make the smoking drums as ordered. Each drum comes with two sturdy handles on the sides for easy portability. It also comes with a thermometer to easily tell how hot it is in the drum and there is a valve at the bottom to easily let air in and out! Also included is this sturdy metal basket for your charcoal and wood. The smoker can hold up to either 2 briskets, 6 pork butts, 8 chicken halves, 8 beer can chickens, 5 racks of ribs, or 8 racks of ribs in a rib rack.
